Left turn signal issue

I've got a problem with my left turn signal that I can't seem to figure out. When I turn on my lights the left turn signal bulbs do not come on. But when I signal left they flash just fine. I have checked the connection to the bulbs and the fuse is still good. Any ideas? I already did a search and could not find this problem.

I think one of the filiments in the bulb is out. Just like when a headlights low beam goes out, but the high beam still works, chage the bulb and see if the problem is fixed.

Ok. I'll do some troubleshooting by swapping the right signal bulbs over to the left.

takumi is on a distinguished road
Check the wiring, theer should be a red, green, and black wire. The red is the lights, green is for the signal, and black is ground.

Turns out the blinker bulb has two filaments as streetglower stated. Had to buy a new one.

That is usually the problem when only the turn signal will flash, but not stay steadily on.
