Honda Contact Address?

Hey, as I previously posted, my Charcol canister and silinoid went bad on my 2001 civic, and I only have 36,400 miles on my car. Though I am past my factory warranty, these components shouldn't have failed so soon. Though I haven't found it, alot of you still say that this is under warranty but my honda dealer denies it, so im going to write honda. I am looking through the limited warranty information booklet that came with my civic and I don't know which address to send it to. There is an address for Honda Customer Relations Zone:

Manager, Certification and Compliance Division (6405J)
Warranty Claims
Enviromental Protection Agency
Ariel Rios Building
1200 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20460

or

American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
Consumer Affairs
1919 Torrance Blvd.
Torrance, CA 90501-2746

Which one of these do I send my complaint to?

The emmisions on your car should be warranted for 5 years. Their shitin' you around if they say there's no warranty.

I got my civic and take it to Gillman Honda. I have no doubt that Honda should replace this part for free, but when I look in the Limited Warranty manual, it says that the evaporative canister is only covered under the 3/36 warranty. It does not have an 8/80 warranty on it. I got the letter done and ill send it in today. All I know is that next week I have to get a state inspection and if my car fails because of this canister and silinoid then im going to be pissed.

Better yet, does anyone have a link to a site that says the Evaporation canister is covered under a 5yr/50k mile warranty? I have yet to find it in any of my car manuals.

Charcol Canister and the Silinoid, forget the specific for that one. Its all part of the fuel emissions system.

ok, I just read my manaul, the fuel system is covered for 3yrs/36000 mile warranty. Now the 8yr/80,000 mile warranty is for emissions. The fuel system warranty is a automatic warranty. Did you purchase a extended warranty? That is where it would be covered under. I have the premier coverage which covers pretty much anything on the car for 100,000 miles.

Yup I just checked the fuel and emmisions warranty for your car registered in Texas, and it states 3 YEAR/36,000 mile coverage. My mistake previously...
