Steering Wheel Noise

In my 95 accord beater i hear a clicking noise when i make U-turns.....anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

are u using your blinkers when u make the u-turn
if u are try not using it and see if that clicking niose is still there

its not a clicking noise its a knocking noise.....turn signals??? what do u think i'm a retard?
