Hey guys and gals,
Well my car has been making some ricey noises lately, and I thought the air filter may be dirty or something. So I go to take off the filter cover and three of the screws won't come out! They just keep turning and the cover is loose in those spots.
So now I have a broken intake. Is there anyway Honda will replace this under warrenty? If not, a new box is gonna cost me $65 at least to replace it.
I may end up just getting a new intake and not deal with this pos. Any comments or ideas? Thanks.

I'm not sure if I want the stock intake anymore if it's gonna break all the time. That thing looks so cheap. And the plastic gets super hot! I think I'm gonna order the K&N fipk from robearracing.

I have an EX sedan with auto tranny. I'm actually leaning towards getting the Volant intake. I think it's finally being released.
But how much would you want for the stock airbox just in case?
