Rep Power: 0 high-pitched whining sound on rainy days
On rainy days when I make a turn onto a road, I hear this high-pitched whining noise. I think that it's coming from the front driver's side somewhere. It only seems to happen after I've turned onto a road and am accelerating. It lasts only a second and doesn't happen all that often. Any ideas what it could be?

Rep Power: 787 Check your power steering fluid. Otherwise stuff like that is hard to figure out. I've been getting all kinds of noises from mine.

Rep Power: 0 it is water getting on your underside, everyone gets that on their civics. It is nothing wrong so don't worry about it.

Rep Power: 0 Ok. I was worried that it might be something like water getting into a damaged CV boot or something like that. But from what I've read on another website a damaged CV joint would be making a clicking sound. Either way, I'll bring the noise up when I take my Civic in for the next oil change. I only have 2 more months (or a 1,400 miles) until my warranty expires so I want to tackle any potential problems before that happens.
