Question Popping out of 5th gear after clutch install

Well, i've spent these last two days baby sitting my g/f's (SpdRcrChk) car at the shop. She was having an ACT clutch kit installed. I drove it home, never went into fifth gear. That night, i drove it over to her house. It popped out of 5th gear once but only once so i didn't think anything of it. Later that night she was driving me home and it popped out again. She puts it back in gear and in a couple of minutes, it popped out again. Seems like the more she put it back in, the sooner it would pop out of gear. I checked to see if there was anything around the shift linkage that could have been doing that but nothing. I'm praying that it isn't anything serious. Has anyone had this problem also? If so, what was it and what did you do to fix it?

there is a problem with the synchro's I believe that could be attributed to this.

There is a TSB on this, and it's on this site somewhere.
