check engine light code OBDII

okay so i have my turbo in for a few weeks now and everything has been good.
BUT day before yesterday my check engine light came on so i checked the ecu and got the followeing code.
trouble code OBDII (alpha) P code
PO133
the pcm has determined that the responce time fro the oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 was too slow during testing. oxygen sensor 1 is the closest to the cylinder head before the catalytic converter. while oxygen sensor 2 and 3 are located further downstream and are typically in or after the catalytic coverther. bank 1 identifies the location of cylinder 1. while bank 2 indentifies the cylinders on the opposite bank.

if anyone knows what this means, if it is serious or not, and if its something to worry about ild appreciate it. or how to fix.

P0133 = O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Try taking the sesor out and cleaning the deposites on it, so it can get a better reading.

If you still get the same readout it maybe time for a sensor replacement.

I know the follwong makes replacements
