Clutch Is Deadddd!!

Whats up guys well anyways heres my problem....I ve been having the problem of idiling around 1100 -1200 rpms..now that i replaced the TPS sensor everything is good it ildes around 700 but before this problem my car when i would be stopped and i would get out of first gear the car would vibrate like a bitch i think the word for it would be my clutch was shuttering because of the high rpms thats what HONDA said..so neways i was driving arould the other day and my mom had been saying the car was popping out of 5th gear and i was like greaatt....but then i drove and all i hear is a loud SNAP, and im like that cant be good...so as i stroll into my neighborhood i cant put it into gear and the clutch feels light as hell so i push the car in the garage and let it idle i hear like metal being tossed around the tranny it sounded like i was makin a meatal smoothie in a blender.....I think i might need a new clutch? Any Insights? BTW a couple months ago i had just gotten my new clutch and my tranny rebuilt...
