Gauges Fading in and out

Gauges Fading in and out
i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. i have and 02 ex and about a month ago i started my car up and turned the lights on, and the left corner of my gauge lights got really dim. at first i thought it might be the bulb, but then when i was driving it home, i rev'd the car up and the higher it got in rpm's i noticed the needle light for my tach, get dimmer and dimmer. until i let of the gas. has anyone else has this issue, or am i the only one?
