Strange brake grinding condition

About 6 month ago i had to replace my oem brake pads because i could hear the noise indicator. So i made the mistake of replacing them with some cheap pads. Everything went fine for the first week and i also used the brakes very gently for the first 300 miles so as to break them in. After two weeks it started to make noise and was grinding and groaning like hell everytime i press on the pedal.

Now i'm experiencing something very strange. When i apply the brakes firmly at low speed, it makes a splashing noise. It's like liquid splashing/boiling at the front end of the car.

I also noticed that my brake discs are not as smooth as when i was using my oem pads. they have circular grooves on them.

Any idea what it could be and how to cure it?

You may want to replace those cheap pads, cuz it seems like all of your problems started after you put them on. You should do it as soon as possible to avoid further damage to your rotors.

As for that splashing sound, I have no idea what that could be.

maybe you should use ceramic pads if you dont have them in already. you might have semi-metallic pads in which are a little harder in compound and are also louder.
