Need help with OEM Cd player
I cant get it to turn on. I took it out to try to install another cd player but i didnt like it so I put the OEM player back in and it wont turn on. It is plugged in and I made sure of it. I checked the radio fuse and its not blown. My demobilizor wont work now either. Can anyone give me some ideas. Ive done this before and the cd player turned right now when i put it back in, but now its not doing it.

oem deck requires a code everytime u power up the deck, so for instance once u unplug the deck, the next time u power up the deck u need the code in order to power the deck...the code should be in ur manual, if not call ur local honda dealer

If you checked the fuse already make sure no wires are crossed out.... Find the 2 powers and the ground on the back of the deck and plug it right on the battery just to make sure you didnt fry your deck. (or any 12v source)

Well, if it doesn't work when you plug it in, then it's broken. Are you sure you didn't blow a fuse somewhere? Check them all under the hood and under the steering wheel. Particularly the backup fuse underhood. Try to find another 7thgen you can test your deck on.
