My car was hit at honda.

So I brought my car to honda last week, for trunk problems which you can read about in this thread http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...readid=120209. Anyway they called and said it was ready so I went to go pick it up and this is what it looked like.

WTF

Im so pissed off, so now i have to deal with them tomorrow morning.

They said the car parked behind me probably hit it, and they said the car behind it was an odyssey. That’s such c$@p there’s no way an odyssey did that, the bumper isn’t even touched. And when I brought my car in I took my faceplate off and put it away in the door (it was behind cd’s to so it wasn’t very noticeable.) After I noticed the car was hit I looked inside and my faceplate was on my stereo too.

Dude...dealers are so careless with our cars. I had mine in for some minor stuff when I first got my car and when I went to pick it up there was a big nick (down to metal) in my hood right where they were working. They tried to deny that they did it at first...saying that it looked like a rock chip and that they didn't do it. Then they tried to fix it by just dabbing touch up paint over it. I finally got them to repaint my entire hood. They are F*CKERS!!! Don't let them do anything short of giving you a whole new trunk lid!!! Good luck!

Dude, I bet you any money they hit something INSIDE the garage and parked it out side so that it wouldnt come back to them. They probably figured your insurance would deal with it, the bastards. I wish you luck getting that resolved. Hope it works out.

Mine was in for an oil change yesterday and some kid musta been 17 driving my car around in the shop. Makes me nervous!

yea man the insides of my doors faded from black to purple for some reason so i told em to replace em so they did and there is still a purplish tint to em but not as bad... BUT there are scuff marks on the doors now. scuff marks that weren't on the doors that i had before. i was like fu(k it i don't even wanna bother anymore they'd prolly screw more shi+ up if i brought it back in.

I got my Monday night; it looks good the new trunk actually fits better then the old one. The old one didn't really sit flush on one of the corners but now its perfect.

Anyway to make up for what happen Honda gave me my 15,000-mile service for free. And again they didn’t do **** and said they did it. I was working on my car yesterday and for the hell of it I decided to see if my air filter was really changed and it wasn't. It says right on the bill that I signed that they did all this work. So I’m going to go there and bitch, this is really ridiculous. I’m never going back to there again (Madison Honda, Madison, New Jersey). They should give me the oem body kit and will call it even :-) J/K

EDIT

Before this happened they charged me for rotating my tires and they didn’t do that either.
This all happened between last month and this month.

That's why it's a good reason to alway's check the exterior and interior of your car before you leave the lot. When you go in to get work done on your car. Once you leave the lot it's a bit harder to get blame someone.

Yea well you dont usually take your air filter cover off to see if they changed the air filter.

It's always good to check and make sure they did the work, even though you shouldn't have to. You should report them cause they're taking money without doing service.
