you can reset the injectors and the idling by disconnecting your battery for about 10 minutes for all the memory to fade. plug the battery back in and let if idle with EVERYTHING turned off for about 10 minutes. shut the car off and then turn it back on and start driving in a series of different types of driving. this is explained in the manual. if you dont do this, there is a possibility that the car will have an, and i quote, "adrupt idle."

i just restart the ecu. turn off the car, go to the fuse box take out the ecu/ecm fuse, wait 1 minute and then put it back again, turn the car back on again and its like refreshing the whole comp system, go alot more pickup than before the refresh. and it went back to 750-800 idle.
I AM AN ADVISOR AT A HONDA DELAERSHIP AND I WILL SEARCH TO DATA BASE FOR SOME INFO FOR YOU. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH HONDAS FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND NOTHING HAS EVER COME TO MY ATTENTION ON THIS. WE HAVE HAD TO REPROGRAM SOME CR-V'S AND PASSPORT'S DUE TO IDLE AND CEL'S BUT NOT CIVICS---I WILL CHECK.
THERE IS A BULLETIN ABOUT 01-02 CIVIC, #02-083
IT DOES PERTAIN TO REPROGRAMMING THE ECM DUE TO LOW RESPONSE TIMES FROM IAC VALVE AND TIMING. AS LONG AS YOU HAVEN'T MODIFIED THE ENGINE, INTAKE OR EMISSION SYSTEMS THEY SHOULD PERFORM THAT FOR YOU. ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER OR EVEN SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DISTRICT HONDA REP TO PLEAD YOUR CASE. IT DOES NOT APPEAR DOING THE IDLE LEARN PROCEDURE WILL HELP IN THIS MATTER.
