Has anyone had their seat bushings go bad/break?
It was a minor recall for my 2001 EX coupe. Kinda made the seat like rock back and fourth - Honda said it was a recall, but it wouldent really mater either way since its under warrenty.

Rep Power: 0 Well if anyone has the problem, even if the warrenty is up you should take it in and they should fix it for free. they might have to order the seat bushings, or somthing like that tho.

Rep Power: 372 Search...This has been posted over and over. Yes there was a recall on the 2001 civic for this problem.
Yes Honda will fix it for free.
You may have to bring it in twice though. Once for them to check out the car, and then they have to order the parts. I know I had my 2001 civic done. Also after you get the seat fixed, it still moves a little.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah. I just got my bushings replaced approximately 1 to 2 weeks ago, and it is starting to do the same thing again. What is the deal? Is there a lemon law to say if this happens more than three times for the same problem? Please educate me about the lemon law. Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 if its factory seats, and all the hardwear is OEM, then I dont see why they would not do it... unless you had leather put on or somthing and Honda wants to blame it on them...
