Question do pulleys effect your system?

I have a 800 watt amp connected to 12'' sub, and i just got AEM pulleys, and I heard that pulleys dont work well with a system...can anyone clear that out for me. Thanx

Yeah... they take power away from accessories to free up load on the engine.

I think aem pullies do that because of their smaller diameter, Unorthodox pullies have the same diameter as stock ones because the crank pully causes most of the power increases.
