Hey everyone, for the past several months, the passenger automatic door lock/unlock mechanism has been broken. Honda told me they would fix it, but they didn't have the part in at the time I brought in my civic. They told me 5-7 days and its been a little more than 2 weeks. Does honda have an obligation to repair anything under warranty within a certain time period? If so, then I guess ill call honda up tomorrow and get mad at them for taking so long. I need this fixed because next week I leave for college in a different city. Thanks!

The only obligation I think they have is that they need to reimburst you the cost of the car if it's in the shop 30 days out of the year. (CT lemon law anyway) If you are worried about the warranty soon to be up... as long as it was noted before the warranty ends, they should fix it. I don't think they have any obligation for time though. They took a whole MONTH to receive my damn struts lol.
