Grease

I read in the manual that they grease parts in your car when they do maintance. What parts do they grease and what kinda grease do you use?

Don't ever use WD-40 on the hinges, you should use a lithium based grease. WD-40 is a "water displacing" oil and a penitrate, though it won't hurt your hinges its just that it won't last long. I think the manual has the exact type of grease to use, but a "white lithium" from any parts store will work. Just apply it with a small brush, a small model car paint brush works well, it lets you get into the hinges well.
