Help! 2015 Honda Civic SE with check charging system light on
I apologize for the length of this message but if one person can solve this mystery I am eternally grateful. Recently my car's "Check Charging System" light came on. Despite installing a new alternator, battery, ELD, battery terminals and pigtail to the alternator the light still comes on. It does not come on when I initially start the car and tends to engage after I have driven it for a bit or I turn on any accessories. I have taken my car back to Autozone several times for them to read it on different dates and test it. It now indicates on the reader that everything passes however the light is still on. They said it doesn't show a code. I did unplug the battery and and check all the fuses but I cannot figure this out. I am a single mom on a budget and attempting to fix my own car as I do not have the finances for labor or much less anything else at this point. Any and all information is greatly appreciated.

Yes, Autozone sold me a Duralast alternator. I put it in and at first it seemed fine until he light came on again. It doesn't come on when I first start driving. It's usually when I am sitting idle somewhere, driving a longer distance or turning on accessories. The dash will flash the Check Charging System and the battery light comes on. I have checked the battery and alternator several times including performing a drop test. The battery reads 12.85 Volts with the car off and 14.36 Volts with the car on, the alternator reads 12.86 Volts with the car off and 14.32 Volts with the car on. When I load tested the alternator with the car on the alternator was 14.28 however did occasionally drop to 12. Autozone repeatedly keeps saying it passes on their scanners however then why are the battery light and Check Charging System light still coming on? I have had several of the Autozone workers say that they have seen this with Honda and that sometimes they just do not like these cars do not like anything other than a Honda or Denso alternator. Have you heard this and is this true? At this point I am back to feeling like it has to do with the voltage regulator nonetheless whether it's the pigtail not sending the signal correctly or if the voltage regulator itself is not working. I get that I will have to take it out again and get it bench tested. Will a bench test tell me if the voltage regulator is bad? Any information is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks

Yeah Honda's don't like aftermarket electronics, especially alternators.
I would throw in an oe alternator from a junkyard.
