Blower, HVAC, Radio, PWR Side Mirrors quit for an hour?

Drove to work in the morning and everything worked fine. Got in the car to drive home, it started right up, and I began driving down the interstate. It was about 96 degrees, so I turned the AC dial and… nothing. The blower didn’t work. Then I noticed the radio and the power side mirrors didn’t work either. It was a miserable drive through the city. So, I assumed multiple fuses must have somehow blown while sitting in a parking lot. I had to make a stop for about an hour and then my next stop was going to get and assortment of fuses. When I started the car, EVERYTHING was working again. What can cause the blower motor, hvac, radio, and side mirrors to stop working and then start working an hour later?

Bad ground maybe. Or some other connection that is common to those circuits
