2006 LX Cruise Control

2006 LX Cruise Control
Here’s the deal. I press the Cruise button in. Green light goes on. I let go of button. Light goes off. If I hold in the button I can set the cruise. When I let go, cruise turns off. Any ideas?

Relay or cruise button, grab a button from the junkyard for like $10 and see if that solves it
