help removing cooper connector for H1 bulb

I am trying to replace the H1 bulb but cannot get this copper connector off of the burnt out bulb. Thank you for any help or advice.

Pliers on the crimped part of the connector and pull while holding the base of the bulb. Wiggle if necessary

I've dealt with a lot of H1 bulbs before with my 2002 civic. lol. Those spade connectors can be a real bitch if they're tight and you feel like you're gonna snap something

edit: luckily, if you do manage to snap something, you're either replacing an easy to find bulb or a spade connector
