No dashlights, key fob showing red light

Khalil is an unknown quantity at this point
No dashlights, key fob showing red light
My key no longer auto opens the door and doesnt start the dashlights...the vehicle already is off road as it needs actuator repair, anyone know why the key is behaving this way. The key fob has a new battery put in with no success.

you can go to your closest mechanique it is a technical problem ....

Mechanic said it was something to do with the battery as a result of the actuator being taken out for test/repair.
