My Honda civic 2007 flashes green key light and then stop some minutes

My Honda civic 2007 flashes green key light and then stop some minutes
Can anybody help me out, my 07 civic will start and then a green key light appears for some seconds and then the car ignition goes off

green key light means your immobilizer system is active and cutting the fuel pump.
Is it a new key? Need to program the key to your car ECU. Call locksmith - check if they have the tools to program the key.

thank you for the information, my key is not new. Does it mean that my key needs a replacement?

Call a locksmith.
We don't know why the ECU would "forget" a registered key, to be honest
Could be the ECU itself, could be wiring, etc.

Thank you, I will try and check the wires and the relay before taking it to the locksmith
