Low Beam left side out
The driver side low beam and both running lights are out.
1) I have replaced the bulb and switch to the other side to test. I replaced the bulb anyway. no luck
2) I took the car to the dealership -- Complete morons -- they said connector is not working (complete lie). The car has two wires going into the bulb. The high beam work just fine. Rules out the Connector but I replaced it anyway.. No luck
3) Fuse Check - I swapped all the left low and hi fuses with right and replace them all with new fuses - no luck
4) I swapped the relay with 4 of the same part number relays in engine fuse box - no luck
5) I replaced the headlight switch on the driver column with a brand new one - no luck
Literally I have replaced every part, relay, fuse, and switch and still the driver side headlight is out. I get power to bulb when I use full beams.
So check list.
Not the fuses
Not the bulb
Not the relay
Not the Switch
Wires are working -- or high beams would not work
Connector is working -- or high beam would not work.
What am i missing???

Re: Low Beam left side out
My guess is that you have a short somewhere. If you have a voltmeter, try testing continuity along the circuit until you find it.
Just had a similar problem with my TSX, but it kept blowing the fuse, and only the low beam went out. It turned out I needed an entirely new fuse panel.

You may have an open wire or short somewhere downstream of the left headlight fuse. However, even though swapping out the fuse is a good start, that may not give enough information. When the switch is ON, there should be battery voltage at the fuse. Do you get that or do you read 0V?
And when the switch is off what do you read? If you get voltage at the fuse then I believe that means there's a short.
Also, these circuits go through the body control module (I believe Honda calls it the MICU). This is typically what controls the path to ground for the lighting circuits. I am currently having this problem with a friend's 2011 Ford Fiesta. There could be a problem with the module or the connectors at the module.
What is your year and trim?
