I own a 2006 Civic with cracked block and recently swapped out the engine with an R18a from a 2011 Civic. Everything works great, except I cannot start the engine without plugging in a scan tool to the OBDII port. I think my ECU may not be grounded, so I took a look and found this connector that I did not connect. I cannot figure out where it goes. Does anyone have an idea?
