2014 Honda Civic EX crunching noise

2014 Honda Civic EX crunching noise
It seems to be when braking there’s a crunch sound coming from the front driver side, got home tonight and got out of my car and could hear a similar sound, with the car turned off I could hear the sound and pushing on the tire very gently seemed to make the sound louder, is this the brakes are completely shot ? I attached a video to help diagnose the issue! Thanks I’m advance

Rotor looks pretty shot, need to get the wheel and caliper off and look at the pads as well
