Power steering issues
I replaced the pump twice, used the Honda fluid, still a whine noise.

Had to take it to a shop and they said the pump is being restricted cause the fluid gets to hot and it got darker. I never heard about this any one can confirm.

Perhaps the belt is too tight.

or the noise is coming from something else.

trouble shoot by starting the engine with the belt removed.
