I recently received a CHECK EMISSION SYSTEM light I thought maybe I got filter oil on the MAF sensor, so I went to clean the MAF, I pulled the battery out for more room to work on the air box and noticed a hole that was missing something. I’m not sure what’s missing but I know it shouldn’t just have an uncovered hole. Can someone please tell me what is missing?

No. It's the transmission fill hole, which should have a goofy looking plug into it.
I have mine on my desk in front of me. Use one of the discount part suppliers catalogs and you can find it.
For some reason mine pops out and lands right there beside the hole. It looks like yours popped out and flew off and away. Order a new one. Maybe ? $13.00? Or so?
