automatic 09 civic grinding noise

automatic 09 civic grinding noise hey guys, i have an 09 automatic civic 1.8 with 90k miles on it, and recently it started making a grinding sound, mostly when i am on 3rd gear and let the gas pedal off, anyone know what it can be ?
