Changing my Manual Trans fluid in r18a1 lx coupe

I’m just wondering what people suggest changing my MTF to? I’ve seen a bunch of articles on here talking about switching to Amsoil Sunthetic 5w30 and some saying redline MT90 but it’s all people with Si’s... I just have a regular old 07 lx with the r18a1, no modifications other than CAI and springs..

I appreciate that because I’ve read a lot of people say to use something else because Honda MTF was bad.. thank you

?
that's what the trans is designed to use, Honda spent millions doing that.
What idiot would say it's bad?

I read on a couple threads that amsoil or something else was better because it shifts smoother and stuff like that.. just didn’t know if that was what is better.. I was thinking the ORM oil would be better but I wanted to be sure there wasn’t something better.. I run royal purple in my 1000rr rather than OEM Honda oil, so I didn’t know if there was something better for the civic
