Juddering when moving off

Juddering when moving off
Type s 2008 I-shift when I move off either in rev or forward I get a judder and the revs drop off a bit but only the once after cars fine in auto mode or on the paddles it pulls good even when I give a boot full it I keep thinking could it be throttle cable etc I’m unsure any thoughts please

Only does it when it's cold maybe?

Was the transmission fluid ever changed?

only got car few months back but it could be a start by trying that

I would start with that. Some fresh fluid can do wonders on a transmission. Honda does not recommend a flush!!!!
