Hello all, i bought a 2014 honda civic earlier this year and have now replaced the purge valve twice and the code keeps coming back on and now im having an issue where everytime i get gas my car stalls and/or won’t turn on for many cranks. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what yall did to fix it.

I had this issue a few months ago. It was hell, when I found out the issue of the stock purge valve was shot I went to O’Reilly and purchased a new one. Installed it and when I started the car I heard a loud ticking I’ve never heard before, it was the new part. Sure enough after about a week CEL came on for purge valve. I returned that one and cleaned the stock one and put it back in until a got one way cheaper from Amazon. Needless to say I haven’t had an issue since the Amazon purge valve. I also read reviews of people having to get 3-4 before they found one that worked from O’reilly. Hope this helps.
