Being given a 2012 LX with the R18, How to syphon fuel? [solved]
My mother is giving me her 2012 Civic LX which has sat for a number of months, and it won't stay running for long. Unfortunately my old Buick Lacrosse with the bulletproof 3800 bit the dust right after having the transmission rebuilt. Symptoms on the Civic are white smoke from tailpipe (coolant is very full), car wont run below 2k rpm, strong fuel smell after trying vigorously to start it, spark plugs are fouled pretty bad (but brand new NGK otherwise) and thats about it. I want to drain the fuel out of it and put fresh gas into to see if it'll fix the problem.

I'm hoping not, it was running if fine a number of months ago when my stepfather was driving it for his delivery business. He left it to sit because things went south with his job and he couldn't afford a new battery to keep keep the car running.
The exhaust doesn't smell sweet but I will pull the rest of the plugs to ensure that the other three don't have any coolant on them.
EDIT: Also, there is no CEL on the car when it runs for 10-15 seconds while keeping the throttle pressed down somewhat.

Gor everything fixed. It came down to a chewed up fuel line and chewed up alternator line. Runs smooth as can be and I'm averaging 29mpg in town. Waiting on a wheel lock key to arrive so I can buy a used tire for one corner and take her on the interstate.
