Muffller broken 2015 honda civic
Hello the muffler broke right near the flange what are these best options? Is it best to change whole muffler.

Probably a new muffler + flange.
potentially the shop will just repair it

Yeah have a muffler shop check it out. Exhaust work isn’t too expensive usually.
