Won't start

my 07 civic si is having issues starting it cranks but just wont fire an all of a sudden my passenger window and moonroof won't go up, the drives side window is fine.. The battery is new.. and retested.. They say alt, starter, and battery test good.. I think the guy that jumped me might of crossed the cables.. I have checked all the fuses.. So anyone know my next move?? Please Help

Re: Won't start

You checked the under hood fuses, but did you check the under dash fuses? That's where the window fuses would live.
