2013 1.6 i-dtec ticking noise

Hi, I've recently purchased a 2013 1.6 i-dtec with 135k km. Today I've noticed that it has a ticking [high pitch metal ticking (IMHO it sound as you would lightly tap 2 rachets against each other)] noise that speeds up with acceleration but is barely audible in the cabin (You can only hear it with A/C and radio off) but is easily noticeable with the bonnet up.

Engine Oil level is good, It drives and shifts without any issues and my fuel economy seems to be inline with my driving (4.8-5.6l/100 on a recent trip meter)

Any advice welcomed, I am just unsure if that's how it supposed to sound and I am losing my mind or there is some issue

All I hear is normal diesel sounds, however I've never heard a Honda diesel before

I think is worth mentioning that the noise is audible while driving slowly, it is present while accelerating some times disappears when I let off the throttle. I can hear it over the road noise above 50km/h

Diesel is direct fuel injection.
My CX-5 (direct injection) makes some similar noise when getting close?
you can try to see if a similar car makes it.
