P0304 cleared and won't start now

My daughter's 2006 Honda Civic Ex has had codes p0301-304. I changed the spark plugs and ignition coils. I cleared the codes and it ran fine for a few months until the check engine light came on again, but flashing this time. I received code p0304. Her car would barely move when pressing on the gas pedal. I changed the fuel pump and that did not work. I cleared code p0304 and now her vehicle won't start. Anyone know how to get around this? Also, my next plan is to replace fuel injectors. Anyone have any other ideas if fuel injectors don't work?

NGK Iridium plugs? OEM ignition coils?

Honda fuel pumps are robust they don't fail much. Did you prime the fuel system after replacing the pump. Might take turning the key on and off several times.
