valve adjusting should I?

hey 2007 civic dx-g (canada) 260,000 km.

everything works fine, was wondering should I adjust the valves?
Would it make anything better? really?

I never done it before, but i understand how it works, just need to put the shim flush and just drag it with logic and etc.

Is it worth doing?

Or i can skip until i reach like 400,000 km.

thanks.

think they're supposed to be checked at 180k, can you hear any noise in the top end?

I guess, like a small rattle. Will that ruin anything in the long run?

Increased wear, should deal with it sooner rather than later
