Scratches ( minor and deep ones )

Have a somewhat "deep" scratch on the trunk of my car... stupid car wash boy somehow scratched it with something....

It's about 2 inches long, and the scratch is dead smack in the middle.

The car color is dark green, and the frickin' scratch is white...

please? what's the best way to cover up the scratch...

I don't want to have it painted already since it's the only visible scratch.

try a detail-shop or body-shop...they might be able to buff it out or possibly tell you what they would suggest doing to get rid of the scratch

I did already, they told me the buff won't work coz' it's too deep.

I was thinking of just putting touch up paint using a toothpick or cutips just for it to be the same color as the car.... it's frickin' white and it stands out...

What do you think? should i touch it up? or will it stand out more?

you can have it professionally fixed. basically they airbrush touchup paint on perfectly and fill it a bit so it doesnt stand out...costs about $60 and up...check da phonebook
