I don't know if this is the right category to post this message, but anyways, im really thinking of getting tint on my blue civic for many reasons, got alot of stuff I don't want people to see in my car and it gets way to hot inside of my car in the summer times. So anyway, I live in Texas and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what shade of tint I should get on my windows? I want the same all around, not dark in the back, light in the front, unless you guys think that would look better. I am no expert on this, so am I supposed to leave the front window untinted or what? I am really confused with this matter. Id really appreciate you alls help with this.

i would say get black tint all around... depending on the laws of your state... in cali you cant have tint in the front.

Just keep it 35% all around, no front windshield tint. That way it'll all be the same darkness.

my suggestion would be...32% or 35% on the sides and one shade darker for the rear window...that how i did my sedan and it looks great

if you like the sides to match do 35% on the sides and 20% on the back glass. 35% in the front because its illegal in texas to have any darker. 20% on the back glass because it will keep the rear passengers much cooler .
Also get metalized tint. Don't fall for that lifetime warranty non-metal bs. It will turn purple on you in a couple of years. If you need a tint i'll hook you up bro .

YAKKOLIO, dude i need some nice tint, and i live in dallas, but i got to school in A&M, so its pretty close. u think u can try to get me a good deal on the tint. I need tint all around so u think u can hook me up. ITS a coupe civic

Not anymore dude. You can have it up to 35% up front now. Plus theres the only real limit on the color is red. I saw the Wings West Acura up close and personal once and fell in love with the blue tint. So next month, I'll probably get that on my car...

35% all the way around except for the windsheild and you will be very happy. Thats what i have on my blue civic
