Get a new seat, that smell is almost impossible to take out. You might want to ask your local detailer for more help.

Good luck removing the smell...You may be stuck with it for life....Honestly you can try cleaning the seat and shampooing the seat with a machine...Make sure you use really good fabric cleaner....and pre spray the area a few times before you goto work with the machine....After you use the machine....go over the spot with the vaccum and let the area dry with the windows open in a sunny, hot area....If that doesnt work, and you still have the smell which I think you may....you may need a new seat....Once you spill Milk or babys formula on fabric....you are screwed and you are stuck with this nasty smell....I know cause I have detailed many cars with spilled old formula or milk from a bottle....

ya, it may just be less work to get a new seat. But shampooing and fabreezing will help alittle.

you guys know a new seat doesn't exactly come cheap, right? If everyone just buy new things, they don't need detailing. Like if you scratch the bumper, buy a bumper. The car is dirty, buy a new car. (might gone too far with the last one ) I am not trying to be rude here, just trying to prove a point
anyways, i would suggest shampooing and fabrezze like the other guys sugguest. Also get yourself a strong air fresher to try to convert up the smell.

We all know a new seat isnt cheap....but I will tell you from experience that he will not get that smell out of the car....That smell will always be in the car no matter how many times he tries to clean the seat. I have been doing this since 1988....and I have seen odors worse than he has.....I had a car that had formula spilled under the seat...no matter how many times we cleaned it, the smell was still there. Two weeks after i detailed it the inside of the car smelled like lindburgh cheese....If you ever smelled lindburgh cheese you will know it does not smell good.
