little paint spots on front bumper

i thought it was pollen before, but i came back from a parking lot and found yellow spots on my bumper that dont come off, i now realized that they were probably paiting lines on the road and the mist from the paint came on my bumper, i cant get it off, i even tried this compound wax and rubbed it on for a long time, any ideas on how to take this off? thanks

did you try paint cleaner or a clay bar??

it might take a few times to remove it all...also try to set the car in the sun to kinda heat it up first...
