Rep Power: 0 Paint Cleaner Non-Abrasive?
Hey everyone, after using zaino, I haven't really had to apply anything to my car to protect it. The thing though is that as time goes on, more and more scratches appear on my car. I used meguiars paint cleaner a while back with an orbital buffer and I saw a good improvement in the reduction of scratches. I don't use it often, but I was just curious to know if Meguiars paint cleaner is non-abrasive on clearcoated cars?

Rep Power: 0 Although Zaino show car polish (actually, not a real polish) lasts a hell of a long time, it's not the best when it comes to hiding/filling swirls. Also, it's perfectly normal to see very light or faint "detailing-scratches" appear over time. It's practically impossible to completely avoid any marring to your clear-coat if you detail your car regularly. Furthermore, I've noticed that the actual Zaino coat itself tends to be a bit susceptible to marring. In other words, some of the scratches you see are scratches on your Zaino layer and not your clear-coat.
As RD said, the Meguiar's paint cleaner is perfectly safe and suited to use on your car 1-3 times a year to help keep the visible marring to a minimum. Follow that up with a good quality sealant or wax and you're all set.
