Question Is this product any good for buffing?

Simoniz Cordless Polisher

I'm just wondering if this would be any good for buffing on/off wax? I've heard though that they leave nasty swirl marks, and may damage the finish if you do it too hard, just wondering if I should get this, or stick to doing it the good old fashioned hard way by hand?

Definatly do it by hand. You'll spend a little bit more time, but be much happier with the results. I bought one of those thigns when I got my car and never used it. Its a waste of money in my opinion
