on the hood, roof, and trunk I have some milkish white areas and ive notice near the door handles parallel to the window, its starting to get like that too. I have no idea what it is. I can say it could be waterspots, the paint is fading or its old wax. Ive used that stuff that takes the wax off the car and ive waxed it. I havent clay barred it because the area feels smooth. Ill probably have to use a buffer or take it to a shop.

ya. its just gay as hell cause those r the only places with s**t paint. The hood has some spots but its not completely crap. I think it is water spots or something. Cause sometimes there is dew here and what not or it rains and the water just sits there. I wax it like once a month. I use Zymol cleaner wax. lol my friend was eating french fries and he put his oily finger on the paint and rubbed it and haha got all dark. ya the paint **** dried out or something and the oils were lost. So if i got this detailed, how much you think it would cost?

I think I can picture what your talking about, and it sounds like the clearcoat may be coming off. Id have to see a clear picture to know what it is. Try rubbing compund on it if the spot feels like it has clearcoat on it.
