Super Glue On Paint, HELP....

Hey everyone, its a long story, but I got many drops of super glue on my rear bumper and trunk accidentaly when I was rigging up a thing that went inbetween my license plate and the frame around it so they wouldn't vibrate when I had my sub on, but I put it all together on my car when the glue wasn't totally dry. Today when I woke up, I saw about 5 drips of super clue and I have no idea how to get it off. The glue is still kind of soft so I still have hope I think. I tried goof off, didn't work, rubbing compount w/ buffer, didn't work, paint cleaner, didn't work. How the hell do I get this stuff off?

Acetone, mineral spirits, or wait untill it dries and try to "chip" it off with your fingernail.

They put my EX emblem on with super glue and its stuck on there and I haven't been able to find anything to get it off with. But yeah may have to try acetone, tried gas, my finger nail, and a hair dryer which did nothing.

Yeah I know my Civic emblem was put on with the normal tape you are talking about. But once I got down to my EX emblem apparently part of the emblem had that on it and since it wasn't staying they decided screw it put some liquid super glue to get it to stay. My dealer said well go talk to our paint and detail guy behind the shop and he could sell you some 3m removal thats all he could tell me. Apparently the dealer could care less about my problem since it wouldn't apply to the warranty stuff

well it does apply to the warrenty....... they put sum bullshizt on ur car that
doesn't belong there.... so in a sense it's their responsibility to take that
shizt off...... fluckin dealers always tryin to screw sumone over....

If i was u I would go tell them..... u didn't want superglue on ur car and it doesn't
belong there...... so they have to take it off.......

Enough said!!!

I don' t know where you got the idea of the dealership getting super glue on my car, but it was my fault, not theirs.
