Rep Power: 424 Why would you need to dry it off??
I can't stand it when it rains on mine...
but it's just rain, not 'hard' water (that's the worst and should be wiped dry ASAP)
BTW...it just started raining here in Phoenix.

Rep Power: 372 I usually hose my car off after it rains if I plan on wiping it off. There could be dirt on your car that will scratch the paint ifyou just wipe it. Rain usually doesnt have a strong enough spray to get rid of this dirt and it may cause more dirt to get on your car while you are driving anyway...so if you plan to wipe it down you should always hose it off first.
