waxed my car. yeah is about 45 degrees outside, but i keep my car in heated garage in the basement of my apartment. thats where i always do my car cleaning. it seems to me like i have the worst experience claying the car. today i dropped the bar. i was so pissed cause some guy talking to me down in the garage caught me off guard. i went upstairs and got my old clay bar from a few weeks ago and broke it in half and used it anyways. i wasnt too dry, but it was clean. i had no choice, i still had my rear bumper left to clay. also for the first time i used the spray that came with it and i like it alot more then using the soap water technique.
was it ok that i used an old clay bar from before? i was it wouldnt be moist enough. although i did leave it wrapped. i was concerned about reusing it since it was stored away. anways just thought i would share, thanks for listening.

Rep Power: 0 I feel bad man! At least you have tried both methods and can give an informed opinion. You can reuse the clay bars as many times as you like. They just loose their effectiveness as they collect more and more dirt. It certainly wouldn't hurt anything...I don't think anyway.

Rep Power: 0 I agree with MBow....as long as the old one wasn't dropped on the ground, you should be golden....just make sure you spray the clay bar with that spray stuff that comes with it before you use it on the car....
