Just Thought I'd Tell You..............
Hey everyone, went ahead and detailed my car yesterday. I have a Blue Civic and we all know how you can see every scratch in a car with dark paint. Instead of using meguiars to wash my car, I striped the wax off with some pamolive and then used meguiars scratch X to remove the scratches. It doesn't work as well unless you strip off the wax. I don't think everyone here knows and just uses it over the wax, but it is alot more affective after the wax is striped off your car.

Rep Power: 396 Search, this has been covered before. Next time you want to strip the wax, use a paint cleaner....Like the Clay bar or Mothers Cleaner. If you use Palmolive alot you are at risk of causing more scratches to occur, swirls, and also dulling the paint.
