MAYBE, I'm assuming it didn't go down to the metal (or plastic, since its the bumper) if they're just scuffs. If not, you may have to go to a shop and get it repainted

Did the same thing expect into my mom's car..the scuffs can be buffed out pretty well, but I have a small crack in the plastic, which needs extensive work. I just got some touch up paint, filled the crack till it evened out with the rest of the paint and wet sanded when needed...pretty simple...

civicdude will become famous soon enough
You can get the scuffs out with a Buffer or by hand if they arent that bad. Try using some clearcoat compatible rubbing compound. I recommend 3M. After you get the scuffs out go over the spot with glaze and wax to bring the gloss back to the paint.

I pretty much agree with this answer. If you have a scuff that can be felt with your fingernail, then the only way to bring it back to the way it was before is to touch it up, level via wet-sand (1200 grit or above), followed with 3M Fine Cut Rubbing compound, followed by a paint cleanser or swirl remover, followed by wax/sealant.......all done by hand. If you don't like the idea of wet-sanding, you could also try Mother's Chip repair (formerly known as Langka chip repair) to level the touched up repair area.
